Since it's more profitable to increase the business you're doing with current clients, that’s what we help businesses do. We work with companies to increase their revenue on a per client / per customer basis. How to do it changes from one company to another, but the strategies are often very similar. We help our clients develop their strategies and provide the tools they need to turn their strategy into action. And, we help them measure the results.

 

I started selling ‘air’ in 1978... actually it was airtime in radio advertising sales. I moved into sales management and later became a general manager. Then onto Kitson Marketing in 1990, where I put to use the idea that the more you help your clients get what they want, the more successful you’ll be. We worked with professional service providers, manufacturers and distributors… with a focus on lead generation and turning leads into customers.

 

In the late 90’s we started developing and implementing web applications to streamline business development  processes, including lead distribution and tracking, market segmentation, content management systems and customer relationship management (CRM).

 

The result, you can take advantage of our experience in sales, marketing and technology to increase your per client / per customer revenue.
